It's been 23 years since I last went on…
It's been 23 years since I last went on holiday abroad with my family, booking online wasn't a option as I was worried I'd miss something important, so I went into hays in bootle and lovely worker Katie helped us for a good hour find the perfect holiday, she was so patient with us very polite and excellent customer service. Katy , the customer service was excellent , I have only specific dates available and she thoroughly searched everything available. No time pressure, exceptionally patient and even assisted me with the App. My friend lives down south so we frequently had to call her during the booking and not once did I feel rushed.
