Me and my friend are deaf and the staff were very friendly helpful and very patient with us and we are very comfortable to talk to the staff and they are brilliant and thank you so much and we are very happy for booked a holiday we have dream of thank you so much all those staff from bulwell 😁 😁 😁

Hayley at your Bulwell office is an asset to your company. So professional and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for her. And seems well travelled, as her knowledge of destinations is so helpful too.

We went to book a cruise we have never been on one before the travel agent was very helpful and had plenty of helpful advice through experience we were so happy we went there to book our advisors name was Adam and would highly recommend him

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Customer service was spot on, especially keren and the manager. There was a glitch on the marrella site and they were brilliant at sorting it out and keeping us informed.
