Great people, flaky technology
The shop staff were great and knowledgeable, couldnt have been more helpful. Unfortunately the Hays Travel App can't find my booking, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Very friendly and warm welcome
Whenever we walk into Hays at Cannon Park we always are welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. The staff are so helpful and we feel very at home there. They listen to what we need and give us really good advice. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to book a Holiday.

Hays travel are brilliant
Hays travel are brilliant. Went in to book a mini break and came out with a cruise! Rhonda was very helpful in trying to find us the right cabin, all the right ports of call and the best deal. Nothing too much trouble.

Staff were friendly ( it’s why we use this branch) and informative. They were up to date with “offers” saving us some money on the booking. We use this travel agent for peace of mind and the reassurance that all documentation is dealt with.
