Great first time experience using Hays, we usually drive to Europe but wanted to go to a different location by air. Staff, Tracy, Rhonda & Pam at Cannon Park, Coventry were extremely friendly & helpful. Tracy assisted with our requirements and we left happy with a holiday reservation, including flights & hotel. Will definitely use again.

Just booked a jet2 holiday and I was happy to get the best price possible from staff with good knowledge of the location I was travelling to. They kindly printed the boarding passes and made sure my family got seats together without paying any extras

Great customer service again from the friendly, helpful team at Hays Cannon Park.

Tracey found the hotel we wanted quickly,explained what was include and tried her best to get the best price. It was all quite easy.

Very professional Theresa made sure of our requirements and booked it .

I'm a busy Mum who works full time and gets overwhelmed by finding holidays on line. I now always go to Hayes Travel where the lovely staff do the work for me! They always find me fab deals, great hotels and they are so friendly and helpful. I love the way they work as a team to find us discount codes for extra savings. Popping in to Hayes has become part of the whole holiday experience for me and my daughter... thank you!

We recently booked a surprise cruise for our son and granddaughter , the staff were friendly and helpful . We have never booked with Hays Travel before but we will certainly be going back to book our own holiday as soon as possible!

Went in for money exchange .
There was a couple in front of me making an exchage. There was no acknowledgement of me waiting which was at least 10 minutes.
There were two ladies dealing with customers.
When i was eventually seen by them i was told my 500 danish krone was worth 55 pounds but couldnt exchange as not on their exchange ?
They then checked the 50 krone value which turned out to be worth 5 pounds.
They made a remark as to the value of the 50 krone note as if it wasnt worth taking it in.
I felt very undervalued as a customer .
Not impressed.

Teresa is always very friendly and professional nothing is too much trouble for her. She's found us several holidays over the last few years and is very experienced in her profession.

All of the staff at the Cannon Park shop in Coventry have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made booking our holiday very easy and fun. We also spoke with an online representative when the store was closed who was also very helpful. All in all a great experience.

We had a great laugh whike booking and was a great experience.We had a few problems downloading the app but tge rest was brilliant

Booked flights to Australia. My wife and I wanted to book flights from Birmingham to Melbourne and returning from Sydney to Birmingham. The staff were so friendly and professional. We were assisted by Pam and Theresa during our 2 visits. They took time to look for the best options available to us in order to achieve the departure and arrival times we wanted. Both made us feel at ease especially when we mentioned some concerns about possible affects to our chosen flight itinerary because of the recent war escalating in the Middle East should it get worse and still be affecting flights to those destinations. They certainly put our minds at ease explaining that should anything happen, they will take care of everything and get us to our destinations safely.
All the staff are super friendly and helpful and we will have no doubts about using this travel agency again. Many thanks team.
