We went into Queen Street Cardiff branch and sat down with Peter who was so informative and helpful we ended up booking our Canada trip. He listened to what we wanted and needed and with no pressure put together exactly what we wanted.

Really great service , from help in identifying where to go then very patiently helping us with finding hotels, travel and even airport parking . Jacqui in Cardiff centre branch can’t be recommended highly enough . We are very excited about our anniversary holiday to Italy - Thank you!

Hays Travel Cardiff were Amazing
We had a lovely hour on Friday morning with Hays in Cardiff. My sister and I were looking for a 4/5 days break in October for my birthday. Nia was extremely helpful, she was very patient and trawled through holidays until we found a wonderful 4 night break on Corfu. Personally I love visiting a travel agent as it's such a personal experience. We're always happy with Hayes and their welcoming staff. We have already booked our September holiday with them. They have been our choice of agent for a few years now and will continue to be in the future.
