Both Megan and Kim took a lot of time with us to find our holiday, with us constantly changing our destinations they need and had a lot of patience

I booked my holiday with Shannon at Carrickfergus branch.She was very helpful and pleasant as are all personal working there.

From the outset I found the staff at Hay's Travel extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I had specific requirements regardless my holiday as there were others involved so we had to work around specific dates and flight times etc.
I ended up with exactly what I needed and although had to pay a bit more the package ticked all the boxes and we are very pleased to have everything in place.
The staff are very friendly and nothing was a bother.
