The girl who booked our holiday for us took her time to look for the best holiday that suited us she did excellent finding us a great place to go she was so helpful and had a very good chat with us friendly and very helpful thanks

We left after booking a lovely holiday and a feeling of satisfaction that we were showed all available information.

Shannon was very helpful, friendly and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process of finding me my perfect cruise option as a single traveller. She researched several different cruises with cabin options and gave me the prices for choosing different cabins as well as researching a selection of dates to find out what was the better time of year for a good deal. She also helped with booking flights to join the cruise and also made several suggestions for an overnight stay prior to the cruise as well as showing me a plan of the airport to reassure me how easy it would be to navigate through the airport on arrival and again on departure. I could not have asked for better service and would have no hesitation booking with this branch again.
