We had a fantastic booking experience with Claire in the Castleford branch. Claire was very friendly, helpful, had masses of knowledge and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend going in and sitting down with an advisor in this shop to get you your next great holiday deal!

Great Travel Agents
Always the same great service, friendly cheerful staff, make you feel in holiday mode as soon as you walk through the door! Always give you different options not just the first thing that comes up. Have used the Castleford branch for many years with great success Claire is a genius and a joy to deal with as are all the staff there.

We use hays travel on a regular basis. As usual staff listened to what we required and went through our options with us until we found d what we wanted.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
