We were helped to find a holiday to Crete for this summer plus a river cruise for 2027 by Julia, who took time to find us suitable accommodation within our budget for ourselves and our daughter. Very good experience with booking our holiday

Very helpful member of staff who discussed all our holiday needs putting forward ideas answering our questions. Also liked that other members of staff offered their thoughts on various topics.

All the ladies in the Chelmsford branch are so helpful and friendly. Jo in particular where she goes out of her way to find us a great deal on a holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and always has a lovely smile. Always receive a wonderful service and leave happy.

From the 1st time l came wanting to book a holiday for me and my 4 friends she was very helpful, suggesting lots of places to go.
