Great help from Julie, in finding us just what we were looking for.
Always a good experience at Hays and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Jo has been really helpful and friendly in booking our trip to Australia.

We had a bit of a problem with some of our flights (Cathy Pacific informed me that my 4 business class flights were cancelled) but Jo immediately looked into it and sorted it out.

So very happy and we’ll definitely use Hays again for any big trips we do.

Usually I pop in to Hays Travel Chelmsford as they are always so approachable and helpful but as it was pouring down with rain, I rang the shop and was helped to find a perfect holiday at a good price by Marney. Thank you 🤩
