I decided to fly from Cornwall to Stansted after visiting a friend. The young lady who helped me
navigate setting up an app on my old telephone
was so patient with me.
Unfortunately I did not take a note of her name.

Michelle was also as good as her word with personalised care communicating promptly by phone and email . Would highly recommend the staff at Hays travel Chelmsford and use them again
