Lindsay the sales woman was excellent, very helpful nothing was too much trouble for her

My husband & I spent hours at home on our pc getting more and more confused trying to make a decision regarding a cruise. We went into Hayes Travel in Cheltenham on Saturday morning & felt immediately at ease. We spent some time with Josh (I hope that is right) and he went through options. He was lovely. This was overseen by Peter, the manager. Their help and advise really helped. We went for a coffee to make a decision and were back within the hour to book. Peter made the booking process so easy & as he had been on cruise ships was able to answer all of our questions. Brilliant service.

Easy communication, easy booking and effortless

Lindsey is always helpful. On the end of the phone if needed. She finds what we think we like. Even helps plan ahead.

Our flight to Australia having been caught up in the chaos of the Middle East in the last weeks, my experience with the way Hays Travel has dealt with the disruption and our anxieties has been nothing short of brilliant. With friendly but professional expertise and advice, what could have been a difficult time has been smooth and relaxed. I would like to thank everyone there, particularly Ashleigh, who we mainly dealt with, and couldn't have been more helpful. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Efficient and Quick easier than online

I am recently widowed and have never travelled alone. Thus was unsure about what holidays were available. The young manlistened carefully and he picked out two brochures for single people for me to take away and read. His advice was useful and and his manner, kind.

We always use our local Hays travel for booking holidays. David is very helpful and informative so we normally deal with him but have spoken with other staff who are also very helpful.

Well informed and polite travel assistant

Attentive to my dilemma in flying with Emirates early next month because of the Middle East War that's has started and secured another Aurline for me so I am very pleased and appreciate their assistance!!!!

We started off really well with good service with booking our holiday. Charlotte was efficient and informative as we booked a late holiday to Cyprus. Four days before our flight military aggression started in the Middle East which included a drone strike on RAF Akrotiri and drones intercepted heading towards Paphos airport. So that morning After reading FSDO travel advice we contacted Hays Travel, The agent looked at correspondence from Jet 2 and then put us through to an agent at the branch we asked if we could change our destination which they weren't able to do and they would call us back if there was any change. So the next day (the day before we were due to travel we called back to ask if we could change our destination again stating we would pay any extra costs that was required the agent said we had left it to late, and it was our choice not to go and told us that no travel was completely safe.
This agent was rude unsympathetic and not very helpful. We are seasoned travellers and are aware of the limitations when faced with these challenges. However, empathy, good manners and a polite professionalism should be the least offered.

I thought everything was professional and friendly

Very helpful informative staff , listened to our expectations of a Holidsy took time and patience to find the right one .
