Having booked a holiday through Carrie at Hays Travel it was an easy decision to return and seek her help again this year. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and listens to our requirements before we all finally agree on what is the best choice for us. She is a star and we trust her.

Carrie was really helpful and answered all of my queries. Nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely book through Hays again!

I knew which P & O Cruise I waned to book as I'd taken a look online. I sat with a lovely lady called Jade who found the cruise I wanted and sorted it all out. Jade went through everything and explained it all clearly.

Having spent hours trawling the internet and becoming overwhelmed with options I decided to go to the experts for help. Jade was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted.

We was there over 2 hours trying to book holiday we was given 2 different prices, Lauren changed the hotel the first one we was happy with ,we did not want luggage but was told we was quoted for it when we was not on the first quote

Lyndsey was lovely was able to answer any questions we had gave us lots to choose from, polite,understanding and helped us choose a fabulous holiday.

Booked another holiday with Carrie at the Chorley branch. Exceptional customer service. She always takes time to answer any questions I have regarding the holiday I'm booking.

Very friendly Jade helped us to go through various options. She was accommodative and provided us with what we requested. She was knowledgeable about various locations and suggested hotels and locations based on our needs.

Went in for euros got the worst rate ever and got charged £3.95 buy back guarantee even though I didn't ask for it or wasn't told about it either ,better off going to Althams

We went into Hayes travel on the off chance to book a last minute trip to Majorca.
The woman was helpful but misunderstood our mean of a beach location as we wanted to be on the beach front rather than Alma Beach.
When we arrived jet 2 holidays were pretty helpful but for the price we thought it was too expensive. A good trip though. Thanks
