Laura dealt both with my enquiry and subsequent booking, she was prompt, knowledgeable and provided the finer details making my decision to book with Hays an easy decision. I have had many holidays via Hays and the same comments could be attached to all staff I have dealt with. Laura was a great front facing member of staff.
