Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

The staff of Consett branch of Hayes are always amazing. They are knowledgeable about the holidays they sell and work as a team to help each other. We booked another cruise holiday with them on Saturday.
This visit we were helped by Margaret and Kaitlin who worked their magic to help us.

Booking a holiday…
We visited to confirm details of our next holiday in April and to book a trip in June. We like the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly helpful staff. They are always good at showing us the options available and helping us to select the best one for us. Thank you

2026 travel
We have booked holidays on line on occassions but my last 2 bookings for Feb 2026 & May 2026 we have booked through Consett branch.
The staff have all been amazing, even checked us in online to enable us to do twighlight check in.
The girls have emailed hotels for advice and requests and also supported us to upgrade room after we had booked.
I also received a courtesey call on return from Feb holiday from manager Amanda that I thought was a lovely touch. I will definetly be using Hays travel for our future travel 🤩
