From the moment we discussed our requirements with Deborah to the proposed change of hotel. The member of staff who dealt with us (Evelyn) was very professional, with a pleasant manner. She found the holiday we were looking for in no time at all. Even checked us in later in the day and phoned to inform us.

The girls at Hays travel Cumbernauld were fantastic. We were just passing and thought we would stop in to start looking for a last minute deal for Easter. They took the time to find out what we wanted from our holiday and looked to find the best deal that matched our requirements. We were made to feel very welcome and booked the perfect holiday. They really did take the hassle out of it! Thanks especially to Deborah!
