The Girls who supported us in our search for our dream cruise were so helpful and supportive and explored every opportunity to meet our need. Such a lovely shop on the doorstep will be moving my customer to this shop in the future

Libby who looked after us was professional and confident when dealing with our booking .it was a smooth transparent booking with all questions and information given with confidence. I felt that with for 4people it would have been nice to add a discount regardless of how much but the manager was not having it . Not what we expected. He was also not great when asked about how much luggage we were allowed and gave wrong information which could have allowed us our full quota of luggage allowance. He was more interested in himself.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. David listened to what was required and professionally found the holiday I required.
He booked the holiday plus parking plus hotel at airport.

Whilst I don't agree with this survey, Caitlin was helpful, polite and knowledgeable regarding Cunard cruises and their fleet of ships.

David helped us find a nice apt hotel for my niece's wedding. He answered all our questions and got us a good deal.

We were greeted with a smile and a hello David was very professional took a lot of time showing us and telling us everything we need to know
