Very friendly staff told us what we needed to know and the booking was quick and easy

I have recently used Hayes Dalton Park to pre register and subsequently booking a future cruise. On both occasions the staff, and I can only remember Caitlin, have been exceptional, making sure everything I wanted was booked, quoted for etc etc. Genuinely very friendly, helpful and listened to my needs and met them exactly. This is the second booking with this team and I did so due to the excellent service I received on my first!

We booked our holiday with Kim and have booked several times with her previously.
She is knowledgeable and patient!
She understands the types of holidays we like and happily takes the time with us to ensure it's right.
Nothing is too much trouble.
A shout out to David and the rest of the staff who were welcoming, friendly and helpful too.

Kim was great, she sorted everything out for us. Fast friendly & very efficient service. Really easy to get to with it being just on the corner of the shopping centre. Everything from travel money to seats on the plane in one visit. 👍👍

Went to branch to explore 2028 P&O cruises, ended up booking a 2027 P&O cruise! Agent David Taylor was excellent, taking time to explore & explain all options. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!
