Excellent service as always from Hays Travel in Dorchester. Booking was an easy process. Great communication. Confirmation emailed within minutes. I still prefer booking with an agent rather than online.

Shannon was really helpful
Shannon was really helpful, talking through our desires for our family break. She recognised that what we hoping for pointed directly at cruising and then found us a perfect holiday at a good price.
