Louisa was very pleasant and helpful. Phone calls were returned when stated and she went that little bit extra in finding accommodation for our pre cruise stay. Her knowledge of hotels was helpful.

Holiday booking
We recently visited Hayes Travel and had the pleasure of working with Thomas. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Thomas handled everything for us, from booking our flights from Manchester to the US, to arranging our hotel and car hire. He couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. Highly recommend their services!
