Thomas spend time explaining all parts of my holiday all staff acted in a professional manner

The travel consultant was excellent and went through everything with us.
I was however disappointed to find we had to pay in full compared to a deposit if purchased online.
Whist we still completed the holiday with you, we did not purchase our off Isle of Man travel with you due to the 15% uplift. This is completely unjustified and would in future compromise our booking a holiday with Hays Travel.

I went to Hayes travel agents yesterday they were very good excellent they sorted the issue out that I had and all was good one of the best Hayes travel agents

Sandy’s attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and an absolutely lovely lady who wants to make the process of booking as easy as possible!
Won’t go to anyone else to book 😀

Just that Louisa was so professional in every way, so patient, and never once felt under pressure to book something, there and then. We told her we had to wait a few days before we could book, she was so friendly, and we did book a few days later, so happy

I have booked 3 holidays with Hays over the past 3 years. Tom, at Hays Douglas Isle of Man is very polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and the holidays have always gone smoothly.

My one recommendation is regarding the booking service. Hays IOM is based spacious office with a total of 6 desks. All of the times I have booked the 2 agents serving customers have sat on desks which are very close together. They are so close together it is impossible for everyone concerned to hear and concentrate on their own holiday plans.

Might I suggest the agents distance themselves so customers have the ability to hear clearly. I am definitely in the demographic of Hays customers (65+)whilst I am not hard of hearing anyone who is may have given up on trying to book the holiday

We went to the Douglas office to book our flights for our honeymoon some time in March I think. Can’t remember the exact date as we were never send an email. Just paper printed for us.

We specifically stated we had, had trouble in Gran Canaria airport through Ryan air in December with luggage and got stung for €180

Louisa told us she was sorry we had such a terrible time and it wouldn’t happen with them. So she booked our flights to gran Canaria for our honeymoon with luggage both ways or so we were told. We got our luggage out there ok.

On our return jet2 showed us a manifest with no luggage at all…..there or back and we were stung again for money. We are Starting to think they stooped as low as ryan air to blag money out of us, they are all just the same!!!!! Greedy and tell you what you want to hear but really they don’t give a toss!

We put in a complaint and nothing was done! No apology, nothing. Avoid like the plague
