Top marks for excellent customer service
Margaret has taken care of us so well. We booked two holidays with her based on the advice and knowledge she shared with us.
We normally organise our own trips so having it done for us is a breath of fresh air.

I was very impressed with the service
I was very impressed with the service I received in the Dunoon branch of Hays Travel yesterday, 12th March when I was attended to by Scott. He was very keen, polite and attentive and ensured that I was able to convey my requirements with no hurry.

Such a relief to sit in a relaxed environment while someone else did all the phoning and had the know-how to find alternative choices. We emerged smiling happily in total contrast to our usual exhausted state after booking a holiday ourselves.
