Our adviser Margaret couldn't have been more helpful. Considering she was in a small temporary room as their main building was being refurbished, she did a great job. The wifi and the phones were causing a few problems however overall it was a really positive experience.

Fiona@staff take care of booking,travel insurance,money.tickets,medical bag,etc.all i have to do is enjoy my holiday .thank yous.

I was booking a return trip to El Salvador with stop in New York and was delighted that Joan was able to help and get it booked so quickly. I decided to book through Hays again as there is a greater peace of mind in long distance travel.
