Tina, Eastbourne Branch was brilliant. It was BH Sunday, only 2 staff on duty so busy queues people waiting but she was calm and gave 100% of her attention. Professional and exceptional.

Extremely helpful
The staff in the Eastbourne shop are always extremely helpful and we wouldn't go anywhere else, this time Tina served us and as usual everything was easy and very professionally done and we are now looking forward to our next holiday, thank you Hays travel.

We were able to speak to an agent straight away with no appointment,, unlike TUI, unfortunately the holidays are more expensive though as Hays doesn’t price match,

Friendly faces
