Always a pleasure dealing with staff at Eastleigh.
They are all so helpful and patient especially Linda who makes sure we have every detail taken care of.

A great level of service from Linda and all the team who explained and made sure all our questions were answered when booking our 2027 cruise. Making sure everyone in our group booking was happy. Thank you all

It’s always a pleasure to phone Hayes Travel in Eastleigh and talk to the Happy staff , who listen to exactly what I am wanting and given me all their time .

I want to give a massive shout out to Sienna for helping us get a holiday finally booked! Me and my wife have spent about a month trying to find and tick all the boxes for a relaxing holiday. We decided to pop into Hays to see if they can help and 2 hours later we had it all booked. Sienna worked hard to find something that really accommodated our needs and importantly our budget. We're now flying to Crete next year in a lovely little hotel and can't wait for our trip. Massive thank you for Sienna for helping us get over the line with no pressure!

Very helpful and got us exactly what we needed

The staff in Eastleigh are all happy and welcoming.
We were talked through the insurance details before purchase and our requests were all dealt with promptly.
While in the store our travel documents were printed and we were also able to purchase Euros.

Good service but cannot use all the facilities on the Jet2 app as have to go back to Hays. Price went up yet the price on the Jet2 website stayed the same. For the saving it is better to book direct.

Siobhan was very helpful nothing was too much trouble for her when sorting a holiday for us we have used Hays several time and always found then helpful

The staff at the Eastleigh branch are always kowledgeable and efficient. It only took 90 minutes to advise and book 2 cruises and deal with a query on a 3rd (already booked) cruise holiday.

I always use Hays even though I could book direct as I prefer face to face interaction over impersonal websites.

Great service,queries sorted.
I had a problem with a recent cruise booking when information sent to me from P and O cruises was out of date and causing me some stress.Linda was able to sort this out for me immediately.
I find that by using a travel agent for my holidays is so convenient, they have the job of sorting out the problems that occur.I was also able to book another cruise for next year and I know that Hays will give me all the info needed plus supply any hard copies,boarding passes, currency etc.Thank you Linda.
