I always use this branch after a recommendation from a friend.
The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
I prefer going into branch than doing things online.

Sienna was efficient, easy to deal with and found a short break that was just what I asked for.

Hayes Travel in Eastleigh provide a great experience when booking a cruise or land holiday. The team are always friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice on holiday selection. The booking process is easy and the service provided is excellent.

Linda was extremely helpful and friendly and found a fantastic holiday for us which we are really pleased with. Thank you for making the whole experience of booking our holiday enjoyable.

"Great" Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff, as soon as you walk through the shop door, they remember you and make you feel welcome. always ready to help with any questions put to them to ensure your holiday is exactly what you wanted.

Organising another break away although when they were confirming prices through the holiday company were advised part of the offer no longer available even though only previous day prices sent, so frustrated and was going to cancel but Matt assisted to get to a level that was satisfactory to accept.

Linda went over and above to secure the price on a back to back cruise for us. Matt used one computer and she was on another one at the same time. Thank you both for your help it was very much appreciated

The lady that we spoke to about our holiday was knowledgeable and approachable, she went above and beyond to get us the best prices and make sure to get everything how we wanted even emailing me from another office whilst she was working at another branch. I would highly recommend using hays for your holidays.

Excellent service as usual

Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, and Linda was also on hand to give her experienced advice when required.

Excellent service from Matt when pre-registering our cruise. Nothing was too much trouble as we requested prices for different cruises and cabin grades. So nice being able to do this face to face with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

It was all very relaxed, no stress involved. Everything was dealt with very professionally. The young lads name was Lewis and he works at Hayes travel in Eastleigh. We have been using this travel agency for many years and have never had any problems.
