Never used a travel agents before but want to book something outside of Europe. Kat helped me book my 2027 trip to the Dominican and she gave professional and friendly service and told me all the info needed and said I can contact with questions whenever.

The friendly approach of the staff and assistance provided over hotel choice and pricing. Nothing was to much trouble.The iffer of a hot drink was appreciated enjoed the coffee.
Also discussed next years holiday to Japan again excellwnt advise given. I will be coming back to book it.

I cannot thank Kat in Hays Travel enough for her help in booking our holiday to Japan!
She was really patient in sorting everything out and even saved us over £2500 compared to other quotes we had received!
I'd highly recommend as it was also good fun in there and I even come away with some new recommendations for my Netflix watchlist!
