Hays Travel - Ely レビュー 

Just returned from holiday in Greece. Went to Hayes Travel in Ely to exchange Euros. After doing this my wife and sat down with Sharon who was very helpful and professional and booked another holiday in Greece for 2027.
The staff at this branch are fantastic.

As always Sharon made booking a getaway smooth, professional and pleasurable. I highly recommend her and the Ely Hays travel team.

When we first walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello and big smiles, we were interested in a cruise but being 1st timers we needed alot of help and Kelly helped us no end to find one, we walked away feeling very excited.
We booked a few days later with Megan and again great service was had.

The process was super easy and the staff member was outstanding. Simon was brilliant throughout booking. He gave great advice and talked me through each step. I will continue to use Hays when booking holidays as it really took the stress out of the process.

There is nothing better than going into a travel agents to book a holiday. I have been using Hays (and before that, Thomas Cook) for many years. We ALWAYS receive top service and they always give us the best deal. The staff are uber friendly and always have a great knowledge of the places we want to visit. Highly recommended.

Went into Hays in Ely with my friend to book another holiday. We were greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff as always. Simon found us what we were looking for .We have recommend the to people we know who have now booked holidays with them now.

Megan the young lady we dealt with was very curteous and helpful regarding our booking. Her friendly demeanour made the experience pleasant for us. Her quick and efficient juggling of our seating on plane and hotel requirements were impressive.

I knew what I wanted in terms of a tour, and Sharon Rankine, thanks to years of experience, found it for me withing minutes. So helpful, and so much better than trying to do it myself on-line.
