Kelly was knowledgeable but listened to what I had researched and matched the holiday to exactly what I wanted. Very transparent in pricing as I had brought in a quote with me .

The service of the staff and booking process carried out by Megan, was highly professional and efficient and without any doubt, deserves the 5 star review that I have given

He told me everything I needed to know and was very friendly was very easy to book holiday hope it is out of the world

We called in to the Ely branch and spoke to Kelly about a holiday to Disney Florida She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful Explaining all our options and answering all our questions We were happy to book through Hays travel Through the week Kelly texted links to sites that would enhance our stay

Your representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we asked. We came away feeling that all we have to do now is wait for the cruise to come round which is next year but if we have any queries in the meantime we will get answers to them.

Once again, Kelly took her time to find us just the right vacation for us.
