They are very helpful and so patient. We were horror struck when we realized we have to book in digitally !!!! They are going to help us 100 percent and guide us through. Nothing is a problem. Thank you Teresa and staff .

Horrendous experience. I had (much) more knowledge about booking a holiday than Esme did. Totally clueless, no confidence, no personality, just a deer in headlights. They could not offer competitive rates at all. I would not book with them if it was free.
