Lucy who i was speaking to i asked for certain things and she was able to get me the holiday to meet my requirements so professional polite and nothing was to much bother would definitely be back to book again through Hayes travel Foyle side

My son and myself called in the FoyleSide office and were greeted by Lucy, who was extremely helpful with our enquiry. I returned a few days later to book the trip. Lucy was extremely efficient and very pleasant. In my opinion a definite asset to your business. 🌝

My experience was first class. With in 10mins I had a holiday destination selected. And booked with complete satisfaction the young lady was very knowledgeable. And took the time to check all price options. I've used Hayes travel in the past. But just a random call in provided the reassurance I needed. I'll be calling again to book another holiday in mid September. Well-done we definitely still need Hayes travel when any doubt or confusion creeps in.

Good location for branch. Great cruise package with charter flight direct from Belfast. Jonathan was Friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.
