Megan at the Goring branch helped us book our holiday. Megan was very helpful, very clear and precise, answered all our questions, was very thorough, kept checking with us that what she was doing was what we wanted and that we were happy with the holiday.

The booking was made as requested and everything worked out as planed. Everything was done to ensure our travel was coordinated.
This all made for a throughly enjoyable holiday in Madeira.

Isaac managed to find a cheaper holiday. He was knowledgeable and efficient in the way he dealt with our holiday. I was treated courteously throughout the phone call. Everything was explained clearly. We now have a holiday to look forward to .

Karen spiers was extremely helpful given how vague we were on our holiday requirements. Being unable to access the system which was down she took all our details and narrowed down what we ideally wanted. As promised she emailed me later in the day with 3 options one of which was perfect for us. We booked the following day and are really looking forward to it. Thank you Karen

Shaun was great in customer service skills booking my hols to benidorm in june. He is a credit to the shop. The girl on exchange desk was very pleasant to with a lovely smile both delivering excellent customer care.
