No waiting, seen straight away, good informative information and easy booking.

Karen at the Goring branch was so helpful, patient and informative about various different destinations, which made it easy for us to make a choice. Everything was handled swiftly with real professionalism.

Really helpful advice, however the travel insurance purchased was not particularly useful. The website of the insurer did not let me enter additional health issues, as the policy was taken out after October 2025. On phoning the company I was given a different number to call. This should have been included in the original email document from the company.

Issac has been brilliant 🤩 and booked all I need as always.

the next day with a friend we were helped both days from a lovely young lady her name was jade
she listened to everything we had to say and she managed to fined both my daughter and my self the perfect holidays.

Clear advice and information from Megan once we'd outlined what we wanted. She found some options and discussed what we thought would be best for us. We ended up booking for our first experience using Hays Travel. It was a competitive price and she took time to answer our queries. I trust it won't be the last time we use Hays Travel.......

Not so great. Davina McCall "great exchange rate too". On their advert on the TV. Far from the truth. Also depends on weather you have booked a holiday with them. Today's rate for sterling to Euro is 1.15. Hays say it is 1.09. !! So I should leave them out totally. Last holiday I also booked through them was nothing but hassle. TUI offered me £100 , in way of an apology. . It is now clear after response, that you can't expect to trust them. Up to you to haggle with them for the best exchange rate. Otherwise they will make as much profit as they think they can get away with. No point in asking them either for days rate, they are also just out to get away with as much as they possibly can. LOL.
