Lucy was very helpful from start to finish helping us find our perfect holiday

We called into Hays Travel Halesowen, as we needed tickets for National Express Coach to Southampton, we didn’t know if they could help us, but the staff were very helpful and friendly and booked us our tickets. Which saved us a lot of time and also the trip into Birmingham. Thank you so much.

Visited after hearing the advert on Black Country radio, excellent service, very helpful and knowledgeable, got the cruise cheaper than going to TUI, would definitely recommend.

Finally finding a company that would fulfill our perfect bespoke holiday, only to find another company that wasn't on the holiday makers list that would also give the same package for £200 less per person, the only difference being it would be a Air France flight from BHX.

We was served by Karen and she did a super job in finding us what we wanted and more and at a great price too! All the staff who work in the shop are so friendly and very helpful and they always try their best to get you the best deal around. Well done everyone keep up the good work!
