Went above and beyond our expectations
We went into our Hays branch told them where and what we wanted and they came up with with three options, in the end they found us the perfect option which we booked then and there, Our Travel advisor Anne went above and beyond and took care of all the details meticulously and checked with the operator all details over the phone it was well worth the Time and effort that Anne put in many thanks.

Due to the Middle East problem
Due to the Middle East problem, we were unable to go on a preplanned holiday. We went to the Hays Hastings branch without much of a clue as to where we wanted to go to. There, we met Sue. She was very helpful, gave us ideas and options, and before we knew it, we're going on a last minute replacement holiday to a place we had always intended to go to some day.
