Very good efficient service very pleased with the travel agent Steven & his knowledge

excelent service combined with broad knowledge base made booking the holidays easy.

Everything was explained down to the last detail. So simple to book our holiday (cruise) and saved so much money aswell. Staff at Hays are so helpful and friendly. And yes, we are so pleased.

Once again Steve in your Hemel Hempstead shop could not have been any more helpful. He managed to find a great last minute deal for me that 2 other travel agencies I visited were unable to get even close to matching.

Karen was lovely, we were drawn to her straight away and she found us the perfect trip to LA at a reasonable price and made the experience easy and advised us during the entire booking.

Stephen was knowledgable, listened, confirmed things for our break as he went along on the system.
Nothing was too much trouble, even phoned the hotel as ground room ended due to mobility issues.
Printed out holiday insurance quote too.
James.. needs a mention too… very hot day & we’re given glasses of water.
Never been into Hays Travel in Hemel before but it will be my go too place in future.

We had the most excellent service from Sally she made time for us with a different booking as we wanted to join other family members that had already booked they could not have been more helpful it was so refreshing to have such great customer service
