Very pleasant staff in Hemel Hempstead store, always a friendly greeting, a smile and eye contact from them all, even when with other customers they acknowledge you.
Sally was very helpful as usual and Keisha found us the perfect tour we wanted.
Very happy with our experience.

The staff were lovely. Friendly and booked the holiday and also found the hotel which we wanted under our budget. They rented us our boarding passes which was excellent service.

Went in and saw Karen not all Karen’s are Karen’s
We wanted to change one of our holidays wasn’t sure if we could do it we was there on Saturday Karen said I’ll try and call Monday as Saturdays are manic which we totally understood
Within 10 minutes of leaving I received a phone call from Karen all sorted this really is the best travel agent with the best staff
Oh well looks we have to book another holiday lol 😂

Karen always goes above and beyond to make sure our expectations are exceeded, all staff are super helpful, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now 👍
