When i walked through the door I was greeted my a member of staff who show me a seat with a smile and then ask if they could help me I told them and they started searching for my hoilday nothing was too much trouble for them and I came away very happy with my hoilday

Bit disappointed as popped into branch…
Bit disappointed as popped into branch on Saturday to get brochure having already booked a holiday and spoke to manager who confirmed I could have set up payment plan when I was told it was to late to set up

Great service and friendly atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Karen helped us pick the right holiday and she knew exactly what we were looking for and took note of our budget. I highly recommend Karen and the team at Hays Travel in Hemel Hempstead.

Always happy
Always helpful go beyond for what I like and ask for as I’m fussy checks in and up dates me on things i inquire about. Used Hays for years now wouldn’t go no where else ☺️ Caz who booked our hoildays is such a lovely lady
