We went to Hays Travel in Heswall hoping that we would find a good deal for our trip to New York next year for our tenth wedding anniversary. Rose, who helped couldn’t do enough for us! Customer service 5⭐️, if I could give more, I would! She made our experience stress free and got the perfect deal for us…we’re so happy and really looking forward to New York!

Our experience was excellent. Rose went above and beyond to help us, nothing was too much trouble. She was always so lovely, kind and professional. We have booked two more holidays with her and will be booking more in the future.

Both of the ladies we spoke with were so helpful
