Very helpful
Very helpful, Kate sorted everything out for me. Staff are professional, very friendly with a personal touch. Nothing is too much for them and get the booking dealt with straight away . Would highly recommend booking through Hays travel, also great choice of holidays.

As always, the staff are very competent and efficient, and ensure that everything required for our holiday is sorted for us. We can always rely on the very welcoming staff to look after us so we have no worries from before we go away to when we return from our holiday. Thank you to all again. 😊

Excellent customer service, again.
Kate listened to what we wanted ( the cruise in the brochure wasn’t available), sourced another cruise, at a good price, and made several phone calls to make it happen.
We also had a query on our celebrity cruise points and she managed to sort that for us as well. Thank you Kate.
