Very helpful with the booking any problems come back to see us we were told .Going in a couple of weeks the hotel we picked had minor building work going on the girl contacted the jet 2 in location to check for us nothing was a problem.

The agent was extremely competent and thorough ......a very stress free experience. Answered all our queries .....all in all a very pleasant and easy way to book a holiday

Really helpful and friendly. I was looking for a holiday with quite specific needs, and they really went to a lot of effort helping me find something suitable. I had to change dates, and they kept looking (with a lot of patience) to find me something. I usually just book my own holidays online , but found them so helpful and the same price as online options . 100% use again
