Very polite and helpful staff. I didn't realise flights only could be booked through a travel agency. The staff were able to to book with an airline with more convenient times, more baggage allowance and cheaper booked seats. The staff have saved me alot of money for our family holiday and it is ATOL protected.

Went in to the hexham branch very nervous as this is the first time travelling on my own , but alisha has helped me eas my mind by explaining to me what to do and printed everything out for me , she got me the best deal and I will definitely be back to book my next trip thank you alisha 🫠

Karen was absolutely amazing when helping us book our last minute getaway for Tuesday! She went above and beyond to find the best package deal that suited our budget and preferences perfectly. Went to book holiday with my girlfriend and was welcomed into shop by friendly staff even got offered a tea or coffee while we were there. Adviser was so polite and was very helpful.
