Joe was very polite and knowledgeable and found us a holiday that sounds exactly what we are looking for . He listened to what we were looking for and organised the whole package.

I pop into hayes quite often and I know the staff there. They know me as well. They are extremely helpful researching things for me getting the answers and giving me quotes etc

Very help full lady. Lovely to talk to, gave useful information and even offered to call a frequent travel client to ask about our holiday destination / trip. Answered all the questions we had. Went through everything quickly and clearly. Would use Hays travel Hexham again.
