I dealt with a Jan Gledhill a travel consultant with Hays travel.Excellent communication through out the day and early evening.Nothing was too much trouble and everything covered down to booked seats on the plane for our trip to Rome.Very friendly lady and would definitely recommend her to other people.

So we have the best of both worlds which makes cruising so much more enjoyable for us two octogenarians.
