Our holiday went without a hitch
We saw our holiday in one of Jan’s posts and immediately decided it was the sort of holiday we were looking for at a very reasonable price.
The holiday went without any hitches and Jan added her personal touch by checking us in and making sure we were aware of how the schedule would be.
We had a great holiday in Crete without a single problem!

She replied to say she would need to check the following morning because the company offering it closed at 6pm
She messaged me later that evening to say yes it was albeit slightly more expensive
That is customer service at its best 😊

Jan takes time to explore the available options for me, giving me confidence to book my holidays through her. She has some great offers on her Facebook page.
She's thorough, friendly, and accommodating. There is also a genuine excitement there when booking and talking about my holiday. Jan clearly loves her job and is very good at it.
I would have no hesitation recommending booking through Jan.
