Excellent service as always I give the lady who served us whose name is Jane? The score of 10/10 because everything was perfect in our search and booking for our holiday next year

Helen the sales lady was absolutely brilliant.
She answered all our queries with patience and understanding and went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the correct insurance for our holiday.

Great service. Nothing was too much trouble.Our travel advisor was training, she was very good and got us the best deal.
The Hays travel, keynsham is very good, all the advisors are good and very friendly.

Jessie booked both our flights and travel insurance. She was friendly, efficient and professional in her dealing with us. Once again excellent service and would not hesitate to use this independent company again and would certainly recommend to others.

Our trip to hays in Keynsham was great , the manager delt with our holiday and she went above and beyond to help us get the trip we wonted ,, fantastic service and definitely look forward to booking our next trip 😀

We were looking to book a Tour of Tupelo ,Graceland ,and New Orleans ..and wanted a 2 Weeks duration .
after much searching done by our Travel agent assistant JESS ( who is brilliant each time we book a holiday) 💖 we always go to her !!!! she managed to find the Tour we wanted + A Cruise in The Carribean 🌈

We wanted a bespoke trip to Norway. Jessie did a superb job in putting this together, keeping me informed at each stage.

Racheal was super helpful patiently taking us through all our options. We weren't necessarily expecting to book anything straight away but together with found something we were excited about and are now very much looking forward to our holiday. All the staff in the Keynsham branch were lovely and friendly and we were made to feel welcome the minute we stepped through the door.
