We were made welcome in the shop and the assistant listened to what we said we would like in our holiday .As you get older new technology can be a bit daunting so it was good to have help .

Friendly service. Not rushed. Jessie was very efficient and chatty.

We needed four cabins for our cruise we wanted to book. Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the best available cabins we required and also linked the bookings together so we could travel as one party. Will not hesitate to use there service again
