The agent fully understood my request and addressed it without any issues. Rebecca was friendly, very experienced, asked the right questions and I had my booking in no time. Lady who dealt with the my holiday was very efficient along with the other two ladies in branch who were also very helpful.

First time booking a holiday, I was very nervous. Rebecca at the Leeds briggate branch was very helpful, polite and patient.
She answered every question I had. Really put me at ease and we had a bit of a laugh. She let me have a bit of time to think about whether I was wanting to book the holiday, which she didn't have to do. In the end I decided to put a deposit on the holiday and Rebecca took me through all extra details that needed to be done. All in all I had a great experience and would gladly book another holiday through Hays travel.
