She suits all my requirements I was happy with the results. Visiting places I have always wanted to travel to. She was friendly and helpful.

This place is a gem. Apartments are lovely and clean the beach is in the hotel and swimming pool aswell.
Overall it’s an amazing place. You have to pay extra for the AC.

I saw Lynn at your Leeds Briggate branch. She was great, very friendly and professional. I told her what i wanted and she sorted it all for me. Gave me a few tips too as she had been to the place I am travelling to. Excellent service and I will definitely use Hays Travel again

We were wanting to book a last minute holiday, Wasn't sure where we wanted to go, but Rebecca who was very friendly & welcoming & was more than happy to go through a few different destinations with us.

After finding Rebecca have used her all my booking and persuaded friends to do the same - she is quite simply the best !!!!! Finds exactly what you want at a price you like and will be our go to person for making family memories

Lucy spent a lot of time with us checking out lots of options for our cruise/stay holiday. Rebecca made suggestions and chatted with us during the ‘down time’ and also became involved in the search. Both were very knowledgeable and patient as we asked for different searches and packages to be tried. They were very helpful and eventually found our ideal itinerary within our preferred budget.
