Catherine who took our booking could not have been better. She was friendly and understood what we wanted. She explained all the choices with humour and no fuss - this will be our first cruise. We went into Hays Travel to gather information and we came out with a booking. We were not rushed in any way.

We went in with no idea where to go and had lots of advice before booking. Very impressed with the knowledge of the various hotels.

We booked a city break to Vienna for October. Everything was booked for us quickly and efficiently with lots of options offered to us as to flights and where to stay

Your agents were very well informed and helpful and we booked and payed for our flight tickets.

The only problem was the contact I was given 0208-6039691 to apply for travel and holiday insurance. I eventually spoke to a lady in another country who had a heavy accent. I did not understand her. After 30 minutes of questions and answers which were repeated over and over again, she told me I did not qualify, but i am fit and well. It was a very confusing and stressful experience. Do you have an English agent.
